Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 4-8 business days after shipping. Some items may ship from our international partner warehouses and can take 7-15 business days. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and at checkout.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple items: If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Address issues: Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will help locate it or send a replacement.
