Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.

How to start a return: Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - no need to send the item back.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Used or chewed items, and items without original packaging, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.
